At Big&Power, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Additionally, our Refund and returns policy explains how to proceed if you are not entirely happy.

Please follow our procedures and return the goods within 7 days of delivery.

We accommodate two main types of returns, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Returns or Exchanges Within 7 Days (Change of Mind)

• Eligibility: You must contact us and initiate our return procedure within 7 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange or refund. Please note that used products are not covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.
• Prior Authorization Required: You must contact us before shipping the product back. Unauthorized returns will not be recognized or accepted.
• Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Faulty Products Within the Warranty Period

• Warranty Verification: Please ensure your product is registered and still within its valid warranty period.
• Standard Assessment: The defect must have occurred under normal use conditions. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
• Shipping Fees: Big&Power will cover all shipping costs for valid warranty returns.

Refund Policy & Calculations

Please note the following conditions regarding refunds for change-of-mind returns within the 7-day period.

• Non-Refundable Fees: We do not offer refunds on original shipping costs or payment processing surcharges (e.g., PayPal fees, credit card transactional fees, etc.).
• Deductions: Refunds are automatically calculated based on the net value of the goods being returned. The final refund amount will exclude any applied discounts, free promotional items (freebies), and payment surcharges.
